- Laying On stomach take hand in front on ground beside head .
- Legs are straight and stretch the leg and placed head in between two hands.
- Inhale,stretch hand in front side and stretch legs in back side
- Feel vibration on back ,exhale and relax body
- repeat 2 to 3 times.
