  • Laying On stomach take hand in front on ground beside head .
  • Legs are straight and stretch the leg and placed head in between two hands.
  • Inhale,stretch hand in front side and  stretch legs in back side 
  • Feel vibration on back ,exhale and relax body 
  • repeat 2 to 3 times.
